Petri Dish to Plate (blog)
Petri Dish to Plate is a blog about the intersection of Biotech and food. It's about how the food we eat everyday, for better or for worse, has already been drastically altered by biotech, and where it might go in the future. This blog was created as a project for the class Biotechnology in Medicine at Brown University by four undergraduate students.
